Product Description - Difference between single layer and double layer sandals: Both have arch support, but double-layer sandals have an extra layer that raises the heel of the sandal 5/16th of an inch, suitable for those with high arches or wear insoles - Breaking in sandals: Customers have reported wedging a tennis ball or water bottle under the straps overnight to help stretch them. Wearing socks can protect the skin while the straps mold to your foot. Start with 5 minutes and work your way up to allow your feet to adjust - Cleaning instructions: Wipe down the sandals with a damp cloth and light soap. Note that water damage or delamination resulting from cleaning is not covered by the Rainbow Sandals Agreement - Leather sandals getting wet: Ensure the sandals dry out of the sun to prevent the leather from becoming brittle and cracking. Continued use should help them flatten out and return to normal - In-between sizes: Sizing chart takes half sizes into consideration, but if in between sizes, it is suggested to size down. For numbered sizes, if you are a half size, it is also suggested to size down.
